Big Apple Restaurant Operators Show True Grit...and Big Hearts

So the stuff in their freezers and refrigerators went bad after several days without power. Many NYC operators threw together what they could,even if it was grilled cheese sandwiches, and opened the doors. Others found ways to bring hot food where it was most needed by truck.  Read the story here.
